Going, Going, Gone! That is a phrase that potential buyers looking for waterfront lots in the highly sought after community of Sandoval in Cape Coral Fl will be hearing soon. The
lots on the water in the non estate neighborhoods of Sandoval have been extremely popular with buyers because of their lower price points. In fact, Sandoval has accounted for slightly less than 50% of all new home building permits over the last few years in Cape Coral Fl.
There are currently three preferred builders in Sandoval. One of them, has only three waterfront villa lots available for purchase. A second builder has eight waterfront lots remaining for sale. Sandoval’s third preferred builder, Taylor Morrison, has zero waterfront lots available. Buyers are paying a premium in excess of $20,000 for a new home site on the water in Sandoval. Besides the aesthetics, observing the wide variety of native and migrating birds swimming, diving and fishing the waters of Sandoval, make owning a home on the lake an extremely desirable and pleasant experience.
Once the remaining eleven waterfront lots are sold, new home buyers planning to build a home in Sandoval in 2012 will be faced with a difficult decision.
