Taylor Morrison has concluded its purchase of Sandoval, Cape Coral Florida’s most successful community. Sandoval home site sales in 2011 surged 74% in 2011 vs 2010. Sales in 2011 totaled 120 in comparison to the previous years total of 69.
The Bonita Bay members on the board of the Sandoval Home Owner’s Association (HOA) have resigned and been replaced on the HOA board by Taylor Morrison’s representatives.
Information on who will develop the 577 lots which changed hands has been slow to emerge. What has been divulged to date is limited. We do know that the much-anticipated development of Sandoval’s Phase III will tentatively commence in the late summer of 2012. Until then buildable waterfront lots or resale homes on waterfront sites will remain extremely limited.
Taylor Morrison released information on which house plans are anticipated to be available for Sandoval’s Phase III. They plan to introduce a Twin Villa Series, Detached Villa Collection, five home plans for 50′ lot sites ranging from 1856 sf to 3159 sf and 3 house plans for the 60′ lots. They will vary in size from 2253 sf to 2743 sf. Click here for more information on the models mentioned. The best news is the HOA fees will remain the same in 2012.
